个人简介
Personal Profile
熊智强,男,博士,中共党员,上海理工大学医疗器械与食品学院教授,博士生导师。
目前主要从事食品生物技术研究,获国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家基础研发计划子课题和上海市自然科学基金等多项资助。在Cell Research、ACS synthetic Biology、Bioresource Technology和Journal of Dairy Science等学术期刊上发表论文130余篇, 其中第一作者或通讯作者的SCI论文30余篇,参编英文专著2部。已授权13项中国发明专利和1项美国专利,申请10多项中国发明专利。目前为上海市生物工程协会合成生物学专业委员会副主任委员、国家自然科学基金评审专家、Frontier in Microbiology审稿编辑和Food Bioscience、Biotechnology Journal、Journal of IndustrialMicrobiology & Biotechnology和InternationalJournal of Food Microbiology等20多个国际国内期刊审稿人。
